How does it work?
The premise is simple – whatever donation you make to the ALS Association, your employer may have already committed to doubling it! There is further guidance on their website, including an easy-to-use, searchable list of employers – why not check if yours is on the list? It could double the impact of your donation.
What do I need to do?
Look for your employer on this searchable list of employers. If your company is listed, they’ll have included unique guidance to each individual employer, along with their appropriate forms and a named contact within your workplace.
If you don’t see yours listed, please contact your HR department and see if they can help with a matching gift form.
You’ll need to download the form and get it completed and signed.

What charity are we raising funds for?
We’re looking for donations specifically for the DC/MD/VA Chapter of the ALS Association. Their website has all the details that your employer might need. Their Tax ID number should you need it, reflecting their 501(c)(3) status, is 94-3331010.
